Getting Your License

The state of Missouri requires that real estate agents be licensed. In order to obtain and maintain a real estate license in Missouri you must complete a total of 72 hours of course work. Every potential licensee must take the required Missouri Salesperson Pre License Course (48 hours) as the foundation course, followed by the Missouri Real Estate Practice Course (24 hours) for a total of 72 credit or course hours.
