The latest commercial real estate merger brings together two well-known company names and some of the top professionals in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Cornerstone Commercial Realty Inc. is merging with Prudential Alliance Realtors to form Prudential Alliance Commercial and Investment Services. Prudential Alliance Commercial will be managed by Prudential Alliance Operations Manager Kevin Goffstein and Cornerstone President/ Broker Jason Morgan.

According to Goffstein, commercial agents will be working from all seven strategically located Prudential Alliance offices around the area, with headquarters at their Chesterfield Valley location at 17050 Baxter Rd.

Bruce Aydt, senior vice president and general counsel of Prudential Alliance, Realtors, has been elected president of the Missouri Association of Realtors (MAR). MAR is the largest trade association in the state of Missouri with more than 27,000 members.

Aydt is a Realtor, attorney and educator. He is a past president of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, where he twice received its Distinguished Service Award. Aydt has also been named Realtor of the Year on both the local and state levels. In addition, he is the monthly columnist on ethics issues for Realtor Magazine and is the author of Missouri Real Estate Basics. Aydt is a resident of O'Fallon, MO.
